SMITHSON Wilhelmina 'Billie' Catharina (nee Wagenaar) Peacefully, after a long illness, at Amber Lea Place on Friday, October 13, 2000 , in her 84th year; beloved wife of the late George Robert Smithson (1991); loving mother of Ronald George Sr. and his wife Annette of San Jose, California, Deanna and her husband Keith Reese of Stratford, Paul and his wife Linda of Burlington; dear grandmother of Ronald Jr, Richard, Robin, Pamela, Jeffrey, Kirk, Erin and Kari and great-grandmother of Robert Rachel, Melissa, Josie, Duncan, Kevin, Tye and Tanner; caring sister of Mary Kendrick and many other family members. Billie was a longtime member of Rawdon Street Baptist Church. Friends and family will be received at the BECKETT - GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday at 1 p.m . Interment Mount Hope Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. A Tree will be planted for Billie in the Beckett - Glaves Memorial Forest.
