leveland Jackson "CJ" Kolb was born August 6, 1918 in Trawick, Nacogdoches County, Texas. The son of William Cleveland Kolb, and Lillie Mae Bowden. He served during World War II in the U.S. Army. He worked as an Excevation Contractor from 1953 until his retirment. He passed away October 28, 2005 in Nacogdoches, Texas.
