After paying my funeral expenses including a suitable monument, and paying doctor bills and all just debts,

I give unto my brother Byram Stone $1.00

I give unto my brother Legrand Stone $1.00

I give unto my deceased brother Thomas Stone?s three

Children namely, Mahal Woltz, Della Edwards and George Stone $1.00

I give unto my sister Emma Stone $1.00

I give unto my sister Vienna Sumner $1.00

I give an bequeath and devise unto my sister, Arbelia

Ellen Cooley, and my niece Lizzie Burcham, all of the residue of my estate both

Real and personal equal shares.

I hereby appoint W. T. Cooley, executor of this my last will.

I hereby revoke all previous wills and codicils heretofore made by me.
