Catherine Louise Glover

Catherine Louise Glover, 83, died Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2003, at Angel Care Health and Living Center in Franklin, where she was a resident.

She was born July 1, 1920, in Ripley County. Her parents were William Godfrey and Clara Beatrice (Smith) Glover. Survivors include a brother, William F. Glover of Milan; a sister-in-law, Elizabeth Glover of New Whiteland; six nieces and nephews; eight great-nieces and great-nephews; and two great-great-nieces. She was preceded in death by a brother, Theodore Glover.

She graduated from Lain Business College and Pontiac Business Institute, both in Indianapolis.

She was employed by Barton House Convalescent Center in Indianapolis from 1985 to 1988. She was formerly employed by several Indianapolis firms as a legal secretary from 1960 to 1985.

She was a member of First Meridian Heights Presbyterian Church in Indianapolis.

She served with the Women's Army Corps during World War II.

There will be no service or calling. Arrangements are being handled by Jessen Funeral Home in Whiteland.
