Regiment, Ohio Volunteer Infantry by Chaplain Anthony However, Windsor reported no action on that date, but Captain Richard Blazer, was captured by the enemy on November 19, 1864 while detached to lead the Blazer Independent Scouts. Therefore, it appears that Steen was killed at Kabletown in a skirmish with Mosby's Raiders.
