uring WWII, Corsica was littered with US Airfields, 15 or more for B-25 Med. BOMBERS and B-26's and Support Fighter Groups and Personel. Dominique Taddei is the Author and he was barely 8 to 10 when the "Americans" arrived.... he remembers it well. Mediterranean Theatre of Operations during WWII "EAME/MTO/MAAF"
